Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, EFT, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect quotes already issued.

4. 24-Hour Turnaround Service

We offer a 24-hour turnaround service for urgent repairs at an additional cost. This service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for all repair requests. The additional fee for this expedited service will be included in your quote.

5. Liability and Warranty

Kite Repair Cape Town is committed to providing high-quality repair services. However, we are not liable for any damages that occur after the kite leaves our premises, including but not limited to damage resulting from improper use, environmental conditions, or any other factors beyond our control.

We offer a warranty on our repairs for a period of 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers the repair work carried out but does not cover general wear and tear or new damage occurring after the repair.
